Signature Limousine Service currently is looking for chauffeurs, reservation specialist, and dispatchers. Applicants must meet requirements listed below. Chauffeurs

Job Description
All Signauture Limousine chauffeurs are employees not independent contractors. A Signature Limousine Chauffeur must be courteous, prompt and willing to work in a variety of environments. Heavy lifting, long and unusual hours are often required. Previous Limo, shuttle, bus or taxi experience is helpful!

Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position will have a Tennessee Drivers License, Class F, be at least 25 years old, and have a clean driving record. Candidate must be willing to work nights and / or weekends.

Reservation Specialist

Requirements:
Signature Limousine Service is looking for a responsible person in charge of taking future reservations over the phone, fax, email, and internet. This position is very demanding and requires good customer relations and a positive attitude. Candidate must possess basic computer skills (MS Office, etc.) and be willing to learn Livery Coach software. Knowledge in computer networks and Quickbooks accounting also helpful. Weekend and night work a must.

Dispatcher

Requirements:
Signature Limousine Service is looking for a responsible person in charge of dispatching drivers to calls and taking future reservations over the phone. This position is very demanding and requires good customer relations and a positive attitude with an exceptional geographical and road knowledge of the Middle Tennessee area. Candidate must possess basic computer skills (MS Office, etc.) and be willing to learn Livery Coach software. Knowledge in computer networks and windows operating system also helpful. Weekend and night work a must.

Accounting -Position Filled

Requirements:
Signature Limousine Service is looking for a responsible person in charge of accounts payable and accounts recievable. Candidate must possess basic computer skills (MS Office, etc.) and be willing to learn Livery Coach software. Knowlege and experience with Quickbooks a must.  Daily reconciliation of batch reports, bank and credit accounts, and ability to work closely with customers are just a few of the daily tasks required.
